GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) effect powder coatings replicate the appearance of GRC while offering the benefits of lightweight, non-combustible aluminium. This approach avoids the structural and transport challenges of real GRC. Used successfully on projects like Queenshurst (former Kingston Gasworks), the finish is nearly indistinguishable from actual GRC, even at close range. It provides a cost-effective, fire-rated (Class A2-s1,d0) alternative that supports offsite manufacturing.
