This system features a clip-on mechanism that secures the balcony to the building using vertical bars around the perimeter—similar to a seatbelt fastening. An additional mechanism is discreetly housed in a box adjacent to the building. This system was used at the Yellow Car Park redevelopment in Wembley, where it supported a balcony with solid sides. However, the design is versatile and can accommodate vertical bars on all three sides, offering flexibility in both form and function.
