Unitised Arm connects balconies through unitised façade panels. Ensures rapid install, tight tolerance fit, and modular design flow.
The unitised arm is designed for use with curtain walling and other unitised panel systems. It is brought up inside the balcony and connects to a second component within the panel, which in turn links to a cast-in bracket in the RC frame. This three-part system enables rapid installation without external access, as demonstrated at the former Alperton Bus Depot.
